One loose screw.
One solid repair.
Build a fresh metal gripping point inside a damaged mounting hole—so hinges, slides and everyday hardware can fasten firmly again.
EXPANSION ANCHOR
FROM LOOSE TO SECUREStop tightening
the same problem.
A worn screw hole can leave hardware spinning, shifting or pulling away. The short expansion sleeve creates a new metal connection inside the prepared hole instead of relying on damaged threads.
Expansion does
the gripping.
As the matching screw advances, the slotted metal sleeve presses outward against the prepared hole for a more stable fastening point.
Slotted sleeve
Multiple expansion zones respond as the screw is tightened.
Radial pressure
Outward contact distributes grip around the mounting hole.
Shaped edges
Formed gripping points help limit turning and movement.
Short profile
A compact format for common furniture and hardware repairs.
Drill. Insert.
Position. Tighten.
- 01
Prepare the hole
Drill a clean 6mm hole to a minimum depth of 15mm.
- 02
Insert the sleeve
Press the short expansion anchor fully into the prepared hole.
- 03
Align the hardware
Position the hinge, slide or bracket over the mounting point.
- 04
Drive the screw
Tighten until the hardware sits firmly without overtightening.

Put loose hardware
back to work.

Check the surface.
Then make the fix.
The anchor is intended for compatible wood panels, furniture boards and drillable solid surfaces with enough thickness around the repair point.

Measure first.
Drill once.
Confirm the panel or surface is thick and strong enough for a 15mm-deep hole. Check for hidden wiring, plumbing and fragile surface finishes before drilling.
Wear suitable eye protection, use the correct drill bit for the substrate, and keep hands clear of the drill. Stop tightening when the hardware is firm.
For structural, overhead or safety-critical fastening, use hardware specifically rated for the substrate and required load.
Before the repair begins.
What is this kit designed to repair?+
It reinforces worn, enlarged or stripped mounting holes that can no longer hold compatible hardware screws securely.
What size hole should I prepare?+
Use a 6mm / 0.24 in drill bit and prepare a hole at least 15mm / 0.59 in deep, provided the substrate is thick enough.
Do I need a special expansion tool?+
No separate expansion tool is required. Installation generally uses a suitable drill and screwdriver or driver.
Can it repair more than cabinet hinges?+
Yes. It can also suit compatible drawer slides, basket tracks, furniture fittings and similar mounting brackets.
Can it be used for structural loads?+
Use fastening hardware specifically rated for structural, overhead or safety-critical loads. This kit is presented for compatible everyday furniture and hardware repairs.
Rebuild the grip.
Restore the hardware.
